CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

We’ll be sorry to hear you go and cancelling your subscription is easy. Just log into your account and cancel your subscription, or if you prefer just drop us a line at info@hoppbox.com with your account details.
Just one thing to know is that each cancellation comes into effect at the end of your four-week cycle. So you will still receive the Hoppboxes that you have paid for in that cycle. Be sure to cancel your Hoppbox at least one week before the end of your current cycle. This is because we prepare your Hoppboxes in advance.
